TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
Our many years of experience in dealing with both the interior technical setups and equipment as well as the rules & regulations which ships operate under, enables us to guarantee optimal operations in terms of avoiding "offhire" days and other delays
We routinely interact with the ships and advise in close cooperation with the owners and crewmembers, such that the ships are run in a technical and financial responsible manner. This includes meeting government standards and regulations at all times.
Maritime Supply ApS maintains close connections to shipyards and repaircompanies in Denmark, Poland and most of Northern Europe, which allows us to schedule repairs, class-reviews and more, at attractive prices. We participate throughout the entire process, from the scheduling of drydocks, through repairs and supervision of these, class surveys to review of the final invoice.
Our technical department buys spareparts and will negotiate the best deal on our behalf, with vendors all across Europe. The technical department also contributes to the creation of the operating budgets and regularily reviews and maintains these.

SERVICES
CREWING
Our crewing department handles all tasks related to staffing for our own fleet as well as other freight shipping companies. Our crewing dept. ensures - through careful longterm planing of shift rotations and travels - that the ships are always manned with qualified staff, planned routes, training programs, such that our crews and those of our customers always meet both internal and external requirements.
Crewing is handled through our Polish department, which is certified by the Polish maritime authorities.
BOOKKEEPING
Our book keepers handle all financial tasks for the individual ships, including collection of shipping and charter fares, payment of invoices in relation to normal operations, salary payments for all crew members, and the full accouting for the ship.
Our book keepers work in close cooperation with our Crewing Department ensuring maximum focus on all aspects of the ships finances.
SHIP YARD
Through years of experience on primarily Danish and Polish Shipyards with both our own fleet and those of our customers, we can negotiate proposals on your behalf, supervision of the repairs and review of invoice and work done.
We handle audits, surveys, pre-PSC reviews, etc etc
In addition we have an extensive network of danish and europea suppliers of technical equipment which ensures equipement of the highest quality at affordable rates.
